Yes, you can transfer calls to another Hivoox user, transfer to an IP address, to a landline or external mobile phone of the country of your choice. In the case of a call transfer to an external landline or mobile number, you will pay for each call received. Prices will be charged per minute depending on the country of destination. You must first subscribe to the desired virtual number, and provide us with your identity document. You will receive your number and your Hivoox account information by email. From your PBS portal, you will be able to forward your calls to another phone number without any problem. Note that after setting up your referral, you must have credit for the referral to work.
